「Static Front Page」というplugin

作成した特定のページをサイトのトップとして表示したいと思い、ググってみたところ「Static Front Page」というpluginをインストールすることで可能になると書かれていたので、さっそくインストールしてみた。
管理画面には、特に設定画面が表示されるわけではなく、どうやって設定するのか？と思ったの
